The preliminary site investigation’s first step will be assessing the possibility of contamination to be present at the site and if required a detailed site investigation would be recommended. The contamination investigation includes site inspection and finding facts with the former land owner. BHM’s investigation team can handle preliminary site investigation (Phase 1 report) by giving contamination reports and determining whether further action that is required.
