The remedial action plan is a systematic process that helps a series of engineering and geotechnical procedures to work on contamination over a stipulated time. If pollution exists on the property, it does need cleaning up, and it is necessary to design the proper plan to carry out the environmental remediation process. The action plan should meet the requirements of the property owner, government officials, and people who are living around the site should feel safe and comfortable.
What is a RAP?
The acronym of RAP is Remedial Action Plan and is required if the the Phase 2 Detailed Site Investigation (DSI) concludes that there is unacceptable risk human life from level of contamination present on the site. The RAP outlines are for cleanup action for the site in order to accommodate the proposed development. BHM have suitable qualified Engineers to prepare RAPs.. The main requirements for RAP are to outline which methods are needed and why they are needed and framework ot validate the implementation of the RAP. At the same time, terms of cost, time, and effort are important to discuss.
