It is a visual inspection and also may also air monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-selective-yellow-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">What is the clearance certificate?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>It will be offered by the licensed asbestos assessor after the disposal work is completed. He will give a certificate by inspecting the surrounding area for visible asbestos contamination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-selective-yellow-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">When does a hazardous material inspection need to be done?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Before disposal work is to take place, site owners need to have a hazardous material inspection at the site to dispose of friable asbestos or asbestos-contaminated dust.
