Mr. Anurag Pathak is the Founder & Managing Partner of Faromed Lifesciences LLP.He leverages innovative technologies, new thinking and breakthrough ideas to stay future-ready.
Pathak has over 23 years of experience across companies and various functions with major specialization and experience in hard core sales & distribution, business development and global marketing. He has led two Indian Pharma Companies as Vice President-Flamingo Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Director-Global Exports with Marksans Pharma Ltd ( Formerly Known as Glenmark Labs Ltd) , to their global iconic status despite operating in highly regulated business environments and the last assignment as Founder & M.D with Unosource Pharma Ltd where the company, plants & products were successfully registered & launched in most of the ROW countries and State of art R&D was set up for Regulated Markets . He is an Out-of-the-Box Thinker with a proven track record of increasing revenues, streamlining workflow/Cash flow, evolving effective operational procedures and creating a team work environment to enhance productivity innovatively.
Pathak started his career with the Shaw Wallace & Co Ltd (now known as Diageo) in 1996 as Management trainee and rose to the position of General Manager in 2000 .During his tenure, Shaw Wallace & Co Ltd took giant strides in the Western region and gained significant market share across brands, setting a performance benchmark for other regional profit centers not only within the Shaw Wallace fold but in the entire industry. Pathak also worked as Vice President with Essel Group.
Pathak donned the mantle of the three Indian pharma companies from 2002 -2017 as head of Global Exports/International Division / Regulated Compliance, directly overseeing the entire business gamut across the Globe. During his tenure, the organization’s growth outpaced the industry, consistently achieving over value growth year on year. Under his visionary leadership, the group’s revenues grew manifold and made significant presence in Regulated markets and ROW markets across the globe. Anurag Pathak was born on the 20th of Feb, 1972. He is an alumnus of Rajasthan University -Jaipur and studieD B.Com(Hons) & M.B.A. . He is one of the founder member of social organization known as "SANCHETNA" and lead from the front many charitable functions/shows.
Mr. Vinay r. sapte is an experienced individual with a qualified Degree in B.E. electrical and impressive experience in leading and working with pharmaceutical companies since 1975. He has worked at important leading positions in several leading pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Sapte was the Director of ergos lifesciences, shanbag storage and Services Pvt. Ltd. Servac pharma to name a few. He has also worked as a designated partner in adhrit education LLP, svizera health remedies LLP, as the managing director of Maneesh pharmaceuticals. Mr sapte is well known for his invaluable contributions in the fields of finance, formulation of key processes/operations and related services that can take any company to heights that are hard to achieve.
Mr. Rohit Negi is an Executive Director at Faromed Lifesciences LLPs involved in Business Development of our company. He is a Mechanical Engineer with post graduation in business administration from Russia.
He can read, write and speak Russian fluently . He is a professional with over 21 years of experience across industries, with last 14 years from that in international Pharmaceutical business development for conglomerates.
During his long and impressive career, initially he held important positions at Textile Industry giants like K.G. Denim Ltd. and Arvind Mills Ltd. Since then he entered the pharmaceuticals field. He was DGM - International Business at Flamingo Pharmaceuticals Ltd. for over four years. Then he became GM - International Marketing at Marksans Pharma Ltd. After very successful 3 years stint, he was appointed as Country Head- Russia, at Ipca Laboratories Ltd. In 2012, he became Vice President- CIS & Eastern Europe at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Prior to being associated with Faromed Lifesciences LLP, he was appointed as President- International Business at Unosource Pharma Ltd., Mumbai.
Sushil Sailwal is a Science Graduate from Mumbai University with a Masters in Marketing Management Degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies Mumbai. He has a total Pharma experience of 25 years, both for Domestic & International market. His international Marketing experience is of 13 years. He was earlier based in Ivory Coast with Micro Labs as DGM West Africa responsible for 10 countries of Francophone region namely Ivory Coast, Mali, Conakry, Burkina, Togo, Benin, Niger, Brazzaville, Gabon & Cameroon.
He has worked with companies like SUN PHARMA, MICRO LABS & FULFORD (I) LTD for domestic market. He has nurtured companies like MICRO LABS LTD from the nascent stage in Mumbai, in the capacity of Regional Sales Manager for 8 years , to now a well-recognized company in Pharma Industry. For International market too his contribution for MICRO LABS LTD was 3 Million Euros per annum at the time when he switched to UNOSOURCE PHARMA LTD as GM- West Africa based in Mumbai.
For UNOSOURCE PHARMA LTD the entire FWA launch was strategized and implemented by him. He registered around 110 brands in FWA within a span of 2.5 years and started there business operations in 6 countries. He is well versed with French Language, as the mode of communication in this part of the region is French. He has also worked in markets like Nigeria, Ghana, Cambodia & Sri Lanka for UNOSOURCE PHARMA LTD.
